By accessing or using our website located at www.microgreenstore.com, registering an account, purchasing products, or enrolling as a Vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Vendor Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. General Terms & Conditions

These General Terms apply to all visitors, customers, vendors, and others who access or use the Service.

1.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

1.2 User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including by any automated or non-automated "scraping".
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service.
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited emails.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

2. Customer Terms of Purchase

These terms apply specifically to customers purchasing products through the platform.

2.1 Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product descriptions; however, typographical errors or database synchronization delays may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product.

2.2 Payments & Billing

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees).

3. Vendor Terms & Conditions

These Vendor Terms & Conditions apply to all users who check the "Register as a Vendor" option and are approved to sell products on MicrogreenStore.

3.1 Vendor Registration and Approval

By checking the vendor agreement option during registration, you apply to become an independent vendor on our platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any vendor application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you will gain access to vendor-specific management tools to list your microgreens and related products.

3.2 Product Listing and Quality Standards

As a vendor, you are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products you list. You represent and warrant that:

• All listed products comply with local agricultural, health, and food safety standards.
• Product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels are accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading.
• You possess all necessary licenses and permits required to cultivate and sell agricultural produce in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Vendors are responsible for packing and shipping orders to customers in a timely manner, adhering to the delivery times specified on their product listings. Since microgreens are highly perishable, you must use appropriate food-grade packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure products arrive fresh and undamaged.

3.4 Commission and Fees

MicrogreenStore charges a platform service fee/commission on each completed transaction. The current commission rate and payout schedule are outlined in the Vendor Dashboard. Payouts will be processed to your registered bank account after confirming successful delivery to the customer and resolving any potential disputes.

3.5 Customer Disputes & Returns

Vendors are expected to maintain excellent customer service. If a customer receives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect products, the vendor is responsible for providing a replacement or refund. MicrogreenStore reserves the right to mediate disputes and issue refunds from the vendor's pending payouts if the vendor fails to resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MicrogreenStore and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MicrogreenStore.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MicrogreenStore, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
